PRE-WEDDING PLANNING
- Final consultation 1–2 weeks before the wedding
- Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline
- Communication with all vendors prior to the event
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination (upon request)
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
- Full vendor management and timeline control on the wedding day
- Complete visual oversight of wedding design and décor
- Setup of décor elements
COUPLE & FAMILY SUPPORT
- Emergency kit & on-site problem-solving throughout the day
- Support for the couple and families as needed
- Packing and handing off personal items post-event
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 1 coordinator for up to 50 guests
- 2 coordinators for up to 100 guests (additional fee applies)
- Up to 8–10 hours on the wedding day
